You can use our Gluten Free Egg Replacer, to substitute an egg in most of your baking recipes

• This product is both gluten free, and vegan

**To replace one whole egg in chewier baked goods, combine 1 Tbsp Egg Replacer with 2 Tbsp water. Mix well and let sit 1 for minute to thicken. To replace one whole egg in fluffier baked goods, combine 1 Tbsp Egg Replacer with 3 Tbsp water. Mix well and let sit 1 for minute to thicken. Add to your dough mixture replacing eggs with the mixture.
