About: Easily one of our most versatile krauts, it’s delicious on its own or part of sandwich. The addition of the carrots make this our most mild kraut. The ginger give this kraut just enough flavor to be delicious without overpowering. Believe it or not, we win over a lot of kids and picky eaters (even of the adult variety) with this sauerkraut.

Suggested Ways to Use: Carrots go with everything, so have this one with salads, sandwiches, or even as a side with your family meal. Kids normally don’t question the sight of ‘shredded orange bits’ as they just assume it’s carrots - making it super easy to ‘sneak in the good stuff’ by throwing it in their stew, their omelette or mixing it with other veggies. Not that we’d ever try to pull something over on our kids….Just saying. 

Ingredients: Cabbage, Carrots, Ginger, Himalayan Salt. That’s It.
