Our Healthy Crunch Trail Mixes are made with sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as the base. Then we include dried, whole fruits.

Sunflower seeds → Sunflower seeds are high in protein and rich in healthy fats as well, as antioxidants. Sunflower seeds are also an excellent source of vitamin E, selenium, vitamin B, and zinc. Vitamin B supports energy production. Selenium and zinc support the immune system.

Pumpkin Seeds → Pumpkin seeds are a rich source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Pumpkin seeds also contain antioxidants. A protein crunch of super seeds & roasted chickpeas.
