Bison Striploin Steak

Each Bison Striploin Steak is hand-trimmed so virtually all surface fat is removed. That means faster cooking time and less shrinkage, so you get to eat more of what you buy. Bison is a great alternative to beef, as it’s low in fat and rich in protein and an excellent source of iron, omega 3 and 6, and vitamins B6 and B12. Our bison is raised naturally and free of antibiotics, hormones and steroids

Easy to prepare. Just brush with a little olive oil and grill a few minutes per side. Sprinkle some black pepper, garlic and salt when done. Makes for a perfectly satisfying and succulent steak.
