Turkey Breast Schnitzel

This tender breast is trimmed of all fat and skin. Lightly drenched in a perfect blend of spices and cheeses that complement turkey perfectly.

Delicious, pan-fried with onions and mushrooms. Even great on the outdoor grill, brush with olive oil and grill over med-low heat 4-5 minutes each side.

There are 2 schnitzel per package.
