Bison Sirloin Tip Roast

With very little work on your part, Bison Sirloin Roast makes an elegant meal. Our bison contains no antibiotics, hormones or steroids. Its flavour is similar to beef, but slightly sweeter and richer. It needs only minimal seasoning to enhance it. Simply add salt and pepper. Or get fancier and use the herbs of your choosing and a little olive oil as a rub. When served medium-rare and cut thin, it almost melts in your mouth. bison raised without the use of antibiotics, added hormones or steroids. Gluten free.

Each roast weighs about 3 pounds.
