Directions: Place single layer of frozen fish cakes on a baking pan. cook in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes.
Ingredients: minced fish fillets (sole/pollock/cod/haddock), water, toasted wheat crumbs, potatoes, vegetable oil, flour (corn, wheat, soy), modified corn starch, salt, modified milk ingredients, colour (paprika, caramel, annatto, tumeric), sodium phosphate, monosodium glutamate, seasonings (spices, onion, garlic, mustard), sodium ascorbate, dextrose, baking powder, cellulose gum, flavour, sugar, guar gum, starch (wheat, tapioca, corn) dried egg white, soy protein, soy lecithin, autolyzed yeast extract, maltodextrin (corn, potato), hydrolysed plant protein (corn), modified cellulose, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, dexdrin (corn), lemon juice powder, citric acid, glucose solids, artificial flavour, dried whole egg.
