Our Highland cattle love a good brushing, our donkeys are always eager for attention, and our mini ponies are happy to make new friends. Every visit is filled with memorable moments, unexpected laughs, and plenty of opportunities for incredible photographs.

Depending on the day, your experience may include time with some of our favourite farm residents:

Highland Cattle

Meet Linnhe, Maree, and Lochlan, our gentle Highland cattle known for their impressive coats, curious personalities, and love of attention.

Donkeys

Spend time with Ruby, Fernando, Sassy Clementine, and little Rosie. Each donkey brings its own unique personality, from playful and curious to calm and affectionate.

Mini Ponies

Say hello to Fabio and Diva, our charming mini ponies who never seem to tire of posing for photos and meeting new visitors.

Every animal has a unique personality, which means no two visits are ever exactly alike.

Things to Know Before You Book

• Suitable for adults and children who can remain calm and respectful around animals.
• Children must be accompanied by a participating adult.
• The experience takes place outdoors and includes walking on uneven farm terrain.
• Closed-toe footwear is required. Boots or sturdy shoes are recommended.
• All animal interactions take place under staff supervision.

Animal welfare always comes first. While our animals are friendly and enjoy human interaction, participation is always their choice. If one of our animals decides it would rather spend time grazing or relaxing, we'll simply spend more time with the others.

Depending on the season, young animals may be present, however specific animal interactions cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

To provide the best experience possible for both our guests and our animals, bookings are limited and prepared in advance.

• Cancellations made 5 or more days before your scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made 2-4 days before your scheduled experience are eligible for a 50% refund or reschedule credit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
• If Nicholyn Farms must cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
