Braising Ribs (Short Ribs) are beef ribs that have been cross cut.
Crosscutting the ribs exposes the bone marrow which delivers exceptional flavour.
The cross-cut ribs are about 1-inch thick.
There 4 strips of beef ribs per package.
Recommended serving 3-4 people.
