Bison Osso Bucco

Bison Osso Buco is heartier and richer tasting than veal. This cut is best suited to slow cooking at low heat. Bison is a great alternative, because it’s low in fat and rich in protein and an excellent source of iron, omega 3 and 6, and vitamins B6 and B12. Our bison is raised naturally and free of antibiotics, hormones and steroids.

Osso Bucco is a slow-cooking dish, so you have time to prepare the rest of the meal or simply take a break.
Try this on a cold Sunday evening ladled into a bowl of polenta to soak up the rich sauce. It’s a good stew type of dish!
