Ingredients: miso vegetable broth (water, tomato, miso, shittake mushrooms, soy sauce, kombu, apple, ginger paste, sugar, sake, mirin, garlic, vegetable oil, xanthan gum [as a stabilizer]), noodles (enriched flour, water, salt, potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate), sesame marinated tofu (tofu, sesame seeds, soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic), corn, green onions, sesame oil, bamboo shoots (salted bamboo shoots, mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil), spices.
